April 9:         80% Trail Coverage!    Don't let your yard or the thermometer fool you:   Harriet Hollister Spencer Park hasn't been seen this late of coverage in close to 15  years.     Some southern exposure trails are getting thin spots you can step around, i.e. climbing out of lower Sidewinder; top of Blue Spruce,  and Bypass.  Overlook Rd and Chalet Rd. are great !   Avoid Ruthies Run and Cannonball completely now due to the brown areas growing so large.   Use Bypass to get around.

When parking in the golf course lodge parking lot, pull all the way in and head to the overflow lot to the right (this is after you're already in the lot, Jack's Place building will be on your left.)

The beautiful lodge is still used in the winter for weddings and the like.   They're keeping the bathrooms open for us and they are heated, so be kind and leave the closer parking spaces for the ones in high heels and nice clothes.
