2025-2026 Fundraising Progress:

Thank you for your support of RXCSF. Encourage your friends to support RXCSF.

RXCSF has made the decision to enable access to the RXCSF website’s grooming conditions page to the public. While the Foundation still encourages and relies upon supporting donations, we want everyone to have access to the latest grooming information to maximize their cross-country ski season.

Additionally, we encourage everyone to post trail reports to our Facebook page and/or the RXCSF supporter-reported conditions page and to share even more real-time information with our skiing community.

THANK YOU for your support which allows us to bring XC ski trail grooming to many of our Rochester area parks!

Groomed some trails we have a good base might last through the warm spell. Get out there while it lasts. Refrain from walking on groomed trails the holes are too deep to groom out.

The weather has definitely taken a turn towards spring. Grooming has stopped probably for the season. Our snow cover is leaving as well as the frost in the ground. It was a good season overall once things got going. Enjoy the offseason and stay healthy and safe. DL. Durand Eastman Guidelines: I want to remind everyone of the guidelines that are in place for grooming at Durand. Before we can groom there needs to be frost in the ground, not just that thin surface crust, and 6 inches of snow. RXCSF has a very good relationship with Monroe County and we do not want to do anything to jeopardize that.

Monday noon: Groomed all trails using tines to loosen hardpack, ended up with decent corduroy. Still enjoying great coverage and spring conditions at Webster Park!

Trails are open for skiing and snowshoeing! We received a dusting of snow resulting in trails that are groomed but and thin in many locations. We will be offering ski rentals. Come enjoy it while it lasts!
