Establish and grow an inclusive environment for cross country skiing sustainable for future generations in the greater Rochester, NY area.
Mission Statement
Raise funds and recruit volunteers to provide equipment and expertise for ski trail grooming accessible to the public in partnership with local government and business entities. Support cross country skiing for skiers of all ages, experience levels, and backgrounds. Prepare for the impact of climate change on winter conditions suitable for skiing.
Guiding Principles
- Promote the widespread adoption and continuation of cross-country skiing by individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skiing abilities.
- Promote the sustainability of cross-country skiing in the Greater Rochester NY area.

Financial Report
The RXCSF fiscal year runs from 9/1 to 8/31. Below is our financial summary for the 2024/2025 ski season. A copy of our annual IRS 990 filing is available upon request.

24/25 revenue from all sources – $17,973.40
24/25 grooming and youth program expenses – $21,534.91
